With the Adaco Product Inventory API, you can view and manage the stock levels (products and menu items) across your outlets using near real-time data.

This is an HTTP REST API, making integration easy. A set of GET requests enable you to access data on both stock on-hand and on-order, the par and reorder levels for the outlet, and check whether items have been popular in recipes across the sales period. More frequent calls can be made to high frequency outlets to perform targeted management. Meanwhile, to manage your ordering, you can check which outlets contain specific desired items and requisition from them accordingly.

Meanwhile, a POST request enables you to do inventory adjustments directly into Fourth Adaco via a third-party system. This includes the flexibility to do adjustments by addition/subtraction as well as by the on-hand number of items.

Why use it?

Busy days at event spaces, resorts, and other large restaurant and hotel businesses involves the rapid turnaround of stock. This makes the successful management of stock levels within each outlet vital to ensuring customers are satisfied and the best revenue outcome is obtained. By integrating relevant third-party systems with this API, businesses can track key items and busy outlets using near real time data, enabling them to requisition and post items responsively.
